Sometimes, it is the City Hall who makes crime worst
Sometimes, it is the City Halls or Local Councils to be blamed, if crime worsening in a particular area.
This is an uncompleted Community Hall in SS1, Petaling Jaya. The then Petaling Jaya Municipal Council (MPPJ) started building it in 2003 without knowing that the building is sitting on a piece of private land and now it is not only an eyesore but also a popular place for drug addicts.
Who would want to stay in a place when there is a popular place for potential lawbreakers nearby?
It’s time for the Council to act!
